How about close enough to spec to not worry about wear? To be honest I'll probably sit it right on top the tire not tuck it.

If you consider 18's small wheels then sure.....I see people with stock 17's still tuckin tire....I dont think they are small, any bigger then you're tuckin with mad rubbing issues.

it's probably because for some reason your tires look hella big so it makes your wheels look smaller

yea....could be. I also think it might have to do with the fact that my spokes cut in towards the top making the overall appearance look smaller. I'm just not big on low pro tires..

how would i go about lowering the back a little more if it is already at the lowest setting. I want my rear to tuck but my coilover wont let me go lower. Is there a way and how?

There really is no way besides camber, and or modifying the coilover which could be dangerous.

You can put more weight in the back, but I wouldn't reccomend that.

When you say to take out two rings....are you referring to like the actual spring, like cut to rings off that? I wasn't the one that installed these. I had a shop do it because suspension isnt my thing to mess with but let me know if I'm understanding this correctly. How much will this drop the rear?

He means taking out two perch rings, one on each rear coilover. These are the things the spring sits on that you turn up or down to adjust height. It would drop the car as much as the ring height. So you're looking at around a half inch or little more.

each locking ring is like a half an inch approximately? so taking both out will lower it about an inch, i took out only one of my rings and i left the one that is next to the spring on. and also the locking ring are these rings with thread on them to lock the perches in place.
