BoB305, really??? All the cars look the same, maybe with the whole Grid bandwagon but other than that the cars are different. If you been on the forum long enough and the pics above were with no quotes people can tell who's car is who. There's maybe like one or two twins but all others stand out on their own.

Figure I'd ask this here, but what do you guys recommend if I wanted to go from a 215/40/18 to get more low? I can't decide between 225/35 or 215/35. It's on an 8" wheel and I'm not flush at all but the 215/40 are rubbing on turns.

 

205/40 or 215/35

that's the smallest tires i'd recommend on a 18" wheel.

the 205/40's on my 17x8 was a very very subtle stretch.. but hell, i rarely rubbed even when i did turn, unless it was turning into a dip to angle out of it.. but that doesn't count lol

 

Thanks Ben, I think I'll go with the 215/35. I like the idea of a lil extra sidewall for comfort but that should give me the clearance I need to go a bit lower and not rub anymore since my offset is so high. Anyone rocking that size with pics though? I think 09socal or someone had that size but it was on a wider wheel, i'm not sure.

 

uhmmm i don't think i know anyone with that size tire cept for him.. especially on a 18" cuz only ballers go 17" -_-" AHAHHA fuuhhhh
