Default Lexus Horn upgrade for tC..

For all of you who hate the sound of the horn on the tC there is a solution: I have installed Lexus ES 330 horns on my car and it sounds soooo much better.
I am now proud to honk the horn! lol So the horn connector just clicks right in, there is no adjusting or wire cutting necessary. Enjoy !

Do people use their horn that much that it really bothers them? I mean, it sounds lame... but for the number of times I actually hear it, it's not worth it to change any of it.

^ I've never had a complaint about my horn, it sounds fine IMO.

Another option for changing out your horn are the horns sold by safedrives in the sponsored sales section. Don't know about the decible level of the lexus horn but i'm sure it doesnt match safedrives's.

Plus you get to support a sponsor of the site.

hmm... well... i recently bought and installed some horns myself after a long wait and searching for the ones i've been looking for. (Mitsuba Arena II's) it has two modes controlled by a switch: one is regular honking, and the other one bleeds off. NA!!..AAAAAAAA...

was it worth it? umm... i'm just crazy. i honk it all the time

basic specs:
113 dB
480 Hz high
400 Hz low

I dunno, my old car was a Celica n' the horn was way .. umm, i cant really describe it but more.. normal-ish

I remember the first time i used the Scion horn, i was like 'wtf' ?

The stock horn is good enough to horn 3 times to start a race.. That's all I ever really use it for anyway.

if someone pulls out in front of me I usually tend to hit my brakes and steer away from them rather then just laying on the horn.

yep you guys heard it from my homeboy, it makes such a difference, it's the little things that count. Anyways sorry I don't have a sound clip, but if you would like to hear what it sounds like... cut off someone driving a Lexus ES330 and then you will hear the horn.
