Does anybody know where I can get a license plate bracket for my 08 tc.

I stumbled upon http://www.eight08customs.com/licenseplatebracket.html
but it looks like it only fits in with the honeycomb grills (07 and lower).

And the dealer drilled holes in my bumper, any suggestions on what I should use to fill in the holes?

EDIT: i know i can make my own and buy it all seperately like at Lowe's or whatever but I'd rather buy already made.

 

People have commented that they have gotten plugs at Home Depot or Lowes. They have also fabricated holders from parts from those two stores as well.
