so i'm cruising along on highway 99 N at normal speed then all of a sudden the truck in front of me slams on his brakes. i do the same and the guy in the impala behind me does also. unfortunately he does not stop in time and he rammed me from behind. luckily the airbags didn't deploy but my kit is ruined. the crash also ruined my exhaust. hopedfully the insurance company will give me enuff to cover the cost of putting the stock bumpers back on. man what rotten luck i've been having lately.

What about the guy who hit you, his/her liability should cover you 100%

 

yea most definately i will be gettin 100% covered. i just hope it will be enough to cover the repairs that i want to do. when i got hit in my 01 accent from behind it wasn't that bad but i still got 1100 for the repair. i hope it is like that this time because it is worse.

THAT SUCKS...I had someone hit and run my rear end and I had to pay to get it fixed...I lived in KY at the time and it was considered not my fault but since I did not know who hit me cause I was at work...I had to pay the deductable...hence I have my hatch fixed, but my bumper is cracked...anyone have a indigo ink blue factory bumper for sale???

 

Hopefully, the guy/girl that hit you has insurance. If so, they should cover most if not all of it. Just don't go over-the-top with the new parts and you should be ok. Look at it this way; the tC can be fixed or replaced-you can be fixed but can you be replaced?

 

Np, and we meant it. Sucks that your ride is jacked up, but like said above can also be replaced. Also gl luck with the repairs.
