My tC was DESTROYED by hail yesterday
OOOOOH !!!
Its a mess
I dont know if it will be written off.
When i got the front and back bashed the cost for both bumpers and paint and labor( coz fmic is not an easy clor to match) came to $4500
When i busted the windshield , Central toyota charged me $1090 for the windshield fitted (Insurance job).
There is not a panel that isnt dented
I was about to trade it in for an rs2 but obviously even GOD doesnt like it

O M G....
That's some horrid hail! Hopefully your insurance company will pay to get that all fixed! It's environmental damage, too, not accidental.. They better cover it.
Go hog-wild with mods now hehe...

I doubt the damage would be considered a total loss. I saw tC's much worse than your during the Florida hurricanes and they were repaired. What you need to do is start thinking like the rest of us here. Start thinking mods .. The insurance company will pay to have all the work repaired and I am sure you can find a local bodyshop that can help you add some custom parts like CF if you like and keep you within the original budget.
Sorry for your loss .. initially, all will be better in the end ..

Dang man. That is some bad damage. Last summer, my home town got hit by record setting hail. Some hail was over 5 inches across. Smoked the windshield in my dad's truck and got a lot of other vehicles in town. The bad thing was, earlier that summer, about half the town (no exageration) had their roofs re-shingled. Needless to say, pretty much everyone in the town had to get it done again.
