The Wilwood calipers are quite a bit smaller than our StopTech calipers, so you might be OK. I would recommend seeing it they have any kind of wheel fitment template that can be placed within your wheels to verify fitment like ours available here:

Instructions: http://www.stoptech.com/tech_info/wheel_fitment.shtml

I'd suggest Stoptech over Wilwood anyday though.... Seen the little wilwoods on RaamAudio's tC and seen and driven a tC with stoptechs and was much more impressed with them... Much larger caliper and rotor and beautiful construction... brake response was killer too.

Sounds like that tC with the StopTech brakes you drove was pretty nice

So the StopTech breaks will fit within the stock wheels? I knew WillWood would fit, but i thought ST was too big?

A spacer is required to fit behind the stock wheels with our kit. I used the 5mm H&R spacer but it was about as close as possible and I lost the wheel register by using it. I would recommend a 8-10mm spacer for a little better clearance and if possible make it hubcentric to reduce vibrations at highway speeds. H&R makes 15mm spacers that are hubcentric that will work very well and help to fill out the wheelwells better to give a more flush look.

I have since installed a different set of wheels that dont require any spacers to be used, but I am considering getting 15mm spacers for the front and rear of my car to use the stock wheels and tires for road trips when I dont want to wear out my good tires. There should be no fear in running a spacer, especially if they are hubcentric. The H&R kits are very nice and include new longer wheel studs to ensure there wont be any issues with the lugnuts not being threaded deeply enough.

Don't StopTech and Wilwood both use a 12.9" rotor?
