Need Help Identifying a Body Kit...

I found this image of what I think is an ‘06 or ‘07 with quite possibly the best looking body kit for the tC that I have ever come across.
I was hoping someone may know anything as far as who makes the kit or where I may be able to find the kit or any other information about it.

I really want to say thats photoshopped.

Or I could be completely wrong.

I did a reverse image search for it, and couldnt find anything on it that would show a build. Only showed up in wallpaper galleries.

It's definitely photoshopped and based on the design, it really doesn't seem functional at all. If it were real, thi car better be pushing more than 500 whp on the track.
