There is a PDF linked in the second post that is the install doc for the full kit. That should get you started.

I just recently did this and it's REALLY EASY. all the marks are already on the bumper for you to cut. Then everything just clicks in without a hitch. The only semi tough part is screwing the bumper with the lip back on, as it is a little tough to line up. DO NOT worry about cutting the bumper, that was no tough job at all. the sawsall I used cut through the plastic like butter...
Is there a way to install without taking off the bumper?Man the bumper has like a million screws and plugs etc etc....I love working on cars but the one thing i dont have the knack for is body work, i dont have the skills and ***** to cut into my bumper cuz i know ill probably mess up
Maybe someone can just recommend me a shop here in so cal around the 626 area.thanks
bumper removal has 5 clips and 11 bolts... theres a DIY floating around somewhere... i took my time and it took a lil over an hour the first time but i can now do it in like 10 mins or less =)
iduno about cutting the bumper though... wouldn't that part be covered up by the lip?... could save a few bills for those who wana be frugal (me)

Cutting the bumper should be the least of your worries, the only relatively tough part is just getting the clips underneath the bumper to clip back in to the splash guard, and that is just patience orientated.
When you remove the bumper, Which you must do, you will see nice scrib marks on the back of it that shows EXACTLY where to drill and then cut between the holes. The clips of the lip kit go through those slots and are secured on the other side. Unless you cut them against the instructions, say WAY too big, then you might see something on the outside, but if you drill two 1/4 inch holes on each end of the slots and then cut between, there is nothing at all to be concerned about.
I just finished my side skirts, front lip, and put my rear lip on yesterday and they were way easier than the Short Shifter, Intake, Header, or TCover to get on... Just follow the instructions and you're good to go.
