I am going to get the RS1 lip kit, just unsure on the look to go for.

The skinny:
-06 CSM tC
-18 Sportmax 006's Black w/ chrome lip
-CF hood (next)
-APR CF cannards (not on yet)
-Fender flares that will have to be painted (either CSM to match the car, black to go w/ CF ).

Basically its the turning point. if I am gonna go CF I am gonna go hard, if not all accents will be painted to match.

Yeah painted will look alot better, dont get too carried away with carbon fiber...

 

Please don't paint the fender flares black, it will look like you rushed and forgot to paint them. And I vote for painted lip kit.

Don't paint fender flares black to match other CF pieces. That would be horrible. And you will be ridiculed.

ok posts say painted, poll says CF @ this point. I am just looking for everything to tie in, I plann on painting the top of the car black @ one point as well but might not be for awhile, I like the carbon fiber but am afraid it will stand out too much, and unfortunatly have only seen BSP & FM cars w/ the CF lip kit (maybe there is a reason).

I have a friend w/ black flares from his widebody and he catches heck all the time as well so just probing for ideas there.

IMHO, unless you can have your top secret flares wrapped in C/F to match the rest of your goodies, then I think you should have them painted CSM.

Maybe paint portions of your C/F parts CSM, and leave some bare carbon showing.

id go painted all the way... too much CF can distract from the lines and style of the car.

 

if you are wanting to do the fender's to match the cf lip they make cf fenders i believe.

 

dont go all out cf, a full cf lip kit all round would do good. just paint it
