Default Need some help please!

I just bought some fog lights of another member on here, and i have no idea how to install them!
They are from ebay but they are the VRD/APT style lights.
I searched around but no luck..
Any help would be great, Thanks.

i figured it was ground. it just leaves the red one.
it kinda looks like it needs to splice into something for power maybe?
