Hey Yank. Do you think it's necessary for you to keep coming back and saying "buy this" and then others doing the same thing?
Does it help anyone? No.
You said it once, so let it go.
The only childish replies in here are the stupid repetitive ones...

I know at 19 it's kinda hard to comprehend what I said. let me say it s l o w l y for you.
I never knocked anyone for any opinion.
What I did say is it's stupid - yes stupid to keep saying the same thing over and over. he/she got your opinion the FIRST TIME.
How many times do you need to say "get Luminics"???
Settle down, read, and learn.
This place is great, but chill and it will be better.

I have three sets:
Stock
SilverStars
GP Thunder 8500ks

I think the SilverStars are brighter and whiter than stock - nice.
The GP's are bluish and not as bright, but I suppose, cooler.
Stock are great too.
I have the GPs in now, but keep the others in the trunk so I can change them when I decide to.
If you try a blue/violet bulb, then put the stockers or SilverStars back in, you'll see the difference.

the harness is just like your stock harness, but this one can handle more watage. Simply connect 1 end to your stock harness, then the other to the bulb. So your stock harness wont fry! although mine didnt when i didnt have the harness and just my stock, but better safe than sorry like some other people on here. i think its just scion's harness that aren't good enough?

something is wrong with "luminicsdirect.com". their being lazy and not repling their e-mails or orders? i hope their still a business? You might wanna call to see if they still are?

"luminicsdirect.com" & "luminicsbulbs.com" are not the same company! they only sell some of the same products, you will only find the titanium white and the wire harness at "luminicsdirect.com" <---FYI

I just used the SEARCH feature (YEAH! It really works! You should try it sometime. ) and if you look at the number of problems with Luminics bulbs, I would stay away. Of course, some of these problems could be caused by the installer. If you do go with Luminics, be sure to ask about their warranty. (The warranty seems to be coming under fire {No pun intended } lately.) That way if something does unfortunately happen, you've got your bases covered.

At this point, I have to ask you a question: you are here recommending Luminics bulbs, yet on the other thread about Luminics, you posted as of the 25th that you haven't got yours yet?
How can you recommend bulbs that you don't have?

I think it comes down to what you are looking for. If you want a bulb that has a white or blueish tint look, there are many different types of bulbs available. Most produce a whiter light by tinting their bulbs but don't produce more visible light (lumens). I agree with English that the best bulb for better lighting at night is the HIR. Your other option is to go with a higher wattage bulb and replace the wiring harness.
