use the window primer (my lack of automotive knowledge keeps me from knowing what in the world that is) first, and then heat up the acrylic and adhesive with a heat gun or a hair dryer or something. Push down for a minute or so, and should be good. I've had mine on for over a year now and the whole thing's still stuck on there.

Got mine installed. I got it all squared and straight with the back window lines and yet when I open the hatch it hits the roof fml.

 

I installed mine a smidge below the line....not even a noticeable smidge...and it opens all the way no problem..i read somewhere, i think it was on here, that someone said to install it a tiny bit below line where rear window meets top rear roof.

 

yeah, i guess for some cars, the roof visor has to be set just a bit below the top of the hatch glass, maybe a couple mm at most. Mine's at the top and it's fine.

 

It's getting better as I keep using the hatch. It doesn't catch as much when it first did. When I first heard the crack sound...I was like...wtfuuuu!
