Just because they "made it first" doesn’t mean anything? The Kaeon Kit has been talked about on this board for months now. The Prototype was out way before Street Concept even knew it existed. I don't like to get into this whole conversation, as Street Concepts doesn’t like it when I do that. But the short of it is this. From what they told me is that my Photoshop was taken to them by one of our forum members who claimed it was his design. I contacted Street Concept and said hey listen it wasn’t his idea it was mine and I pointed them to some old topics about the "Kaeon Kit".

I said I don’t mind if you use the "Kaeon" name but make sure I can have some say in the design part of it. If you’re going to call it a Kaeon Kit, Kaeon should be on the design team. I also mentioned that I would help them get the kit out to the public, Help them market it etc, and all I would ask for in return was a front bumper. This never happened they took their own view on how the kit should look never asked for my input and tried to release it as the "Kaeon Kit" without me even knowing. I didn't take this to well. The thing that really got me is that after all this they wanted to charge me around $250 for the front end. After all the mix up you would think they would say here take this front end and shut up

the Kaeon (created @ Tury's Concept) bumper.... some said its dead... some say that theres speculations about it......

well...thats my tC they fitted it on.... the bumper fits flush.... made of urethane... the Kaeon(created @ Tury's Concept) bumper is far from dead... as a matter of fact my car has been in their (Tury's Concept) garage for 2 days now... I drive the owner's car until they are done... pickin it up tommorow...

*** you can also even get a fog light kit and what not....
you think you're only getting a bumper??? well thats absurd... there will be sideskirts...rear bump...spoiler....but the focus is on the front bumper....


i assure you.... Kaeon (created @ Try's concept) is far from dead.... its barely taking its first breath of life.....

its too bad you never got your baby going, Kaeon. I really liked your work.

 

ive had body kits and bumpers.... the only way to have any kit stay looking good and not getting screwed up when u go up a steep driveway, or a big dip in the road... is to have air suspension.... BODY kits that sit low do not last i been through 3 of them on my last car....BUT you always learn the hardway!

 

this kit doesnt seem to be all that low...

The more I read on here, and this is not a cheapshot at -anyone-, is that so many good ideas never get followed through

 

I doubt if this kit ever gets released, since I last read another post, its still beeing back by TZTuners, but with a different name, nobody here trust them, so good luck to them trying to seel it. BTW, not hating at all, I like the look of the kit, its just too bad the wrong company decided to make it .
