That is a direct quote from the scionlife tC page. It explains and justifies every reason for me having my european plate. So before you go out and start calling me a loser, read up on your car a little.

 

Wow you must have reading comprehension problems, because it clearly states that the Avensis, which the tC is loosely based off of, is sold in europe. The tC is a USDM car, period. Nothing remotely like the tC sold by toyota is anywhere else in the world. You're a ricer and an idiot....but whatever floats your boat, man. I'll be laughing every time I think of your car.

Why should I respect an idiot putting a lisence plate on his car from a country that has never even seen it? Why should I respect someone putting racing seats in a car which will likely never see a track? Explain to me why this joke deserves any respect....

 

people like are reasons why everyone else gets a bad name. You dont even know me. how do you know i dont race? Lets see some pics of your car. So i have a european plate on my car which is based on a EUROPEAN car SOOOO WHAAAAAT.

If you cant understand the reasoning for my plate and seats than you obviously dont know much about cars.

 

i hate stock seats and the color. brides are butt huggers and they stand out. maybe thats why we fix up our cars, TO STAND OUT OF THE CROWD.

second of all, the tC is european design based, puttin an euro license plate puts it back with the original design. you're like asking why do people put japanse parts on japanese cars.

 

Maybe this whole board has a terrible sickness which causes them to lose their sense and logical reasoning. The tC was NEVER sold ANYWHERE else. The tC was BASED on the Avensis platform... The Jaguar S was based on the Lincoln LS platform...that doesn't mean I should go putting British flags on my Lincoln, does it? No, of course not! The tC is anything but a European design. It was designed by Japanese for Americans. Tell me where in that equation you see anything about Europe. Sure, the car which it was based off of is SOLD in Europe, but the tC is nothing close to that car. It's a four door family sedan with a 1.8L, if my memory serves me correctly. I don't have to tell you the specs on the tC, but you know they're vastly different.

If you put racing seats in your car just to "stand out," it's a stupid waste of money. I don't mod my car to stand out, I mod it to make driving it more enjoyable. I guess I'm different in that respect.

 

I'm not "butthurt" by your car, I think it looks stupid with a European license plate on it and I explained why above.

On the same token, you know nothing about me and therefore dont' stand in a position to tell me how much I do or don't know about cars....like thats even a way to judge a person in the first place.

If I wanted my car to look like yours I would have orderd a flint mica tC with the factory lip kit. I didn't. I think it's easier for you to call me jealous than it is to actually defend your stupid reasoning.

 

like i said for myself...stock seats suck for me. i want racing seats for comfort.
