are there any DIY installation for the OEM lip kit? I've searched but can't find any =(. plz help!

the lip kit should come with instructions and pictures.

really? what would you say the difficulty of the installation from a scale of 1-10? & is there cutting or drilling involved?

you wont be able to do it yourself safely imo.
you need at least 2 people I'd say.

there is measuring and drilling involved.

the installation guide doesnt say how to install the grey weather strips!

how do you do it?!

The lip kit can be done by one person. It is very straight forward if you have a dremel and some time. The weatherstripping should have come pre-attached, but I would assume you can just glue/stick it on somehow. The hardest part is patience when dremeling the slots. You have to find the scribe holes on the inside of the front and rear bumper cover and cut them out nicely, although you don't have to be perfect. It is hard to say the difficulty on a scale of 1-10 not knowing how hands on the installer is. If you are comfortable with removing your bumpers and any hands on work then I would say a 3, if not an 8. Either way if you follow the pdf it will be fine.
