Default Oled Zenesis Remote issue.

Remote 1

Remote 2

Our tC requires pressing the unlock button two times in order to unlock passenger door.
With my Remote 1 I can not unlock passenger door. Because you have to press I to Arm but also when you press it again it will Disarm. So I am not able to press it two time to unlock passenger door. Now with Remote 2 which is almost the same as having a keyless entry except the auto start and trunk button is on there. But this one has 2 buttons which one is arm/panic and other disarm. With remote 2 I could unlock passenger door by pressing it twice. So my question is anyone with this alarm have the same issue or did my installer miss something? I was told to ask 180tuning but Alex told me its not a remote problem.

This should be a problem you can correct in the alarm programming. Most alarms you can set to unlock just the drivers door on disarm or to unlock all the doors. It may not be so for that alarm, but that's my experience with every alarm I've worked with up to date.

I just had the alarm installed the other day, and my installer set it up so that both doors unlock when I press disarm. So I'd say ask your installer.

just had mine redone...

On the tC there is another unlock wire on the passenger side that does a single pulse instead of the double pulse on the drivers side, in order for both to unlock with one pulse you have ot use the pass side wire to do that.

Wire color and location of it:
Purple to Light Green (-) in the passenger kick panel , 10 pin plug, pin 7.

You could also use the the passenger door key cylinder wire for unlock which also has the single pulse...
