Default Ordering Kami hood. UPDATE

Anyone know of a good website to order the Kaminari CF hood? I want to get it from a reputable place. Thanks.

There's always a catch.

Dezod.com has them too... but a little more $ and you might have to pay for shipping. Definitely good people there too.

Thanks everyone. Dezod's price is actually not bad. Probably gonna use them because I've ordered from them before and trust them.

It's cracked on the backside by the headlight corner. If I get a new one though, the insurance is taking the old one.

I'd call up Kaminari and see if they got an authorized dealers around you. Theres a shop right around the corner from me that offers prices that are comparable to online prices that sells quality hoods like Seibon and what not. I could never bring myself to order a CF hood online and have it delivered to my house. Bringing it back to a store is much easier then reshipping it incase anythings cracked or scratched or what not. That's just me tho.

Well I did check JSC Speed which is close to me, but they only deal with Seibon. I emailed Showstoppers, and they said it would be about 2 weeks to my door. Not sure if I can wait that long. I have to get it to the body shop while they're working on my car.

I ordered from showstoppers and had to wait more than a month to get my hood. I wasnt very happy with the wait. Wound up showstoppers never sent the order to kaminari. I love the hood though :D

Had mine for sale for months brand new in the box. Finally sold it for peanuts. I'd stick with our vendors on the board. They are the ones who pay for all the website so make sure to support them.

Thanks everyone. I ended up ordering it at showstoppers. I hope they don't forget to send this order. The body shop needs to have it in two weeks to install.

Call them like every few days. Make sure everything is set. Also call kaminari and ask if they received the order! Im telling you from experience. I called them alot haha. I wound up having the Kaminari service clerk to call me when the hood was completed and shipped. Good luck! Its an amazing hood!

Isn't 805 a little bit spendy?
