Hey Doc...if you need a tester for high speeds I could def. do it...I drive to and from work all the time at least 110mph...some times at night when I take a friend to work I ride the governor at 127 the whole way...and my suspension is stock so it is kinda unstable around highway turns goin that fast...

Obviously what you don't understand is that unlike some of these other ppl, I actually know how to drive...it may not be smart for some ppl but it's perfectly fine for me...I get uncomfortable driving slow, it's as natural for me to drive that fast as I'm sure it's natural for you to drive slow...

If you were in my area I would take you to the street and prove it to you...Just cuz I drive fast doesn't mean I don't do it safely...Just like F1 drivers do it safely, so do I...I know my limits from years of driving this way and I know when to and not to do it...

No, you don't know how to drive fast or else you wouldn't be stupid enough to it on public roads, much less a car with stock suspension. But just to humor me: how many hours of HPDE have you logged? Since you "know" how the drive fast, surely you have that information logged somewhere, you can tell me what tracks you did them at, who was your instructors were, and what your SCCA or NASA membership number is. If you can't answer those questions, perhaps you should leave the high speed driving to someone else, rookie.

Well you see, unlike a lot of you ppl on here I don't have lots of money to throw away or else I would have these types of things...I didn't grow up with money and I still don't have it, I live paycheck to paycheck, so no I have never had chances to drive on tracks or else I would have done it many of times now...trust me, my dream has always to be a gt1 racer or a motoGP racer, but I don't have the connects or the cash to get either one of those accomplished...

Knowing Doc, he won't mind a brief digression if it keeps someone form ruining their life or anyone else street racing... but out of respect, I'll make a final response to creektrack:

It doesn't cost much to race, creektrack. All it takes is a helmet, a NASA membership only $40 for the year, and as luck would have it, there is an event on Oct. 27 & 28 at MSR in Sugarland and entry is only $155 per day.

Now... regarding the splitter, it's best if it is mounted on a stock bumper for high speed usage.

There will be no splitters made in the foreseeable future-- at least not within this calendar year. Our paperwork finally finished, we made the last trip to the county clerk's office, and we're homeowners. Now begins the 3 solid months of 12-hour days renovating the place (the electrical is still circa 1925), so I won't have time to do much other than regular web orders. Just no time for labor-intensive product like the splitter.

Check back in the new year.
