The PPS system is what we run by me. Very nice and clean. Also lets you store the left over paint for awhile and lessens the use of thinner.

Kennon - you ever accidently get the liner and lid not to seal up properly and when you put it in the cup and turn the gun over paint goes everywhere? lol

I have never done that, but I did something much worse. I was cleaning out the internals of the gun and removed the spray needle. I forgot to put it back in and put the paint cup on. Needless to say the paint shot everywhere in 2 directions.

^Did you remove your bumpers from the car and paint it in pieces or just mask off the necessary stuff and paint?

Sanding a run out does take some skill. It is very hard to get the run out completely. You will most likely always see the run. Depending on the severity of the run you can use what the call a run file. If not I start with 800 and just hit the run. Use a block and not your finger. Then work your way up.

Nice paint job but please tell me that you took the tails, headlights, handles, mirrors, 1/4 windows and moldings off. Also did you take the hood, doors and hatch off to edge in the backside? You could run into problems down the road if you did not.

You can use a razor blade and effectively remove most of the run, but most likely you wont be able to remove all of it. If you look on youtube they have videos of it, its actually kind of interesting.
