i wouldn't say everything is common sense...working on cars is different than working on walls....i mean yeah it is common sense but if you mess up on a car, it will cost wayy more than if you had messed up on a wall....everything on the car has to be perfect or else everything will be off and ppl see it where as a wall can be covered by pictures or whatever....when i painted my emblems it wasn't that easy...i did what everybody said to do,
1: adhesion promoter
2: 4 coats paint
3: 2-3 coats clear coat
then i let it dry, reattached it to the car....next day, chips in the emblem, had to redo it
just make sure that when you paint it, do several LIGHT coats...be patient and let it dry, if you keep spraying, you'll end up having paint puddles in the words SCION for the emblem, and make sure you paint the very ends/edges of the emblem...as for sawing it off, if you feel like you're sawing and its not going anywhere, switch sides so that you saw around the little stubs...if you accidently break one off, its not the end of the world, just try not to break both of them off...and even if you broke off both, it still shouldn't be hard because they have an exact fit on the car..the only one you have to worry about is the tC because there is nothing to guide you to put it back on the right place (unless you make a guide yourself)
