what is really good to use on plastic that'll stay on well?

just make sure you lightly scuff it and possibly use a plastic adhesion promoter beforehand.

bulldog adhesion promoter by ppg works pretty well. also make sure to wash the parts in hot soapy water after they have been scuffed. that will help get most of the oils off the surface and an adhesion promoter will pull the rest out as well as etch the surface for the primer to adhere.
