Default PICS OF DIFFERENT HEADLIGHTS

don't know if this has been posted up yet or not but I want to get some aftermarket headlight bulbs that are bluish purpleish in color when driving at night. I also wanted to know if anybody has aftermarket bulbs in their tC. If so, can you please post some pics of them at night to see how the color looks and what kind of bulbs you have!!

THANX!!

JOSH

p.s. i posted this up at www.clubsciontc.com but since they've been updating the new look, I guess nobody has replied to my question a quite a while and I was hoping I could get my question answered here!!

THANKS!!!

I have silverstars. Pic in my profile. Not very good pic. They are very bright and pretty white almost blue sometimes when its real dark. But I am very satisfied with them. I dont ever have to use my high beams cuz they are so bright.

i did this and it worked out awsome! 9005 silverstars in the 9006 socket! More ligth output.

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...121672&start=0

I was a little ify about it since i was looking for a more bluish color, but it does give off a bright white light and it lights up the whole street! Very very nice!

I HAD Luminics Ultra White and Titanium White before the silverstars and they were nice too, but ppl said they fried out their harness so i upgraded the harness, i still have the harness but took out thos bulbs just cause compared to the silverstar mod it showed them up big time!

here's the link to put your 9005 silverstars in the 9006 socket!

if I do that 9005 retro fit in the 9006 socket with buying a harness from pepboys, would I be able to do it with these light bulbs or should I just go with the silverstars that everybody is getting??

I didnt do the retro fit thing and I still have plenty of light output. If i had to guess there isnt THAT much difference in the bulbs.

I went safe with the silverstars just because I KNOW they wont fry my wires and stuff by pulling too much power.
