I've just installed this spoiler a couple days ago. There are four screws that hold the spoiler in place. If the spoiler is hitting the end of your trunk, that means some of the screws are loosed. You just need to tighten them back in. Open the interior of your hatch, and you'll see where the screws are.

the spoiler is not loose . its hitting the car from its ability to flex about 2 inches.

It's factory, it shouldn't rattle like the rest of the car? I say kind of push it around a little bit and see where it budges and hits the car. Then come up with a solution from there instead of fixing every possibility.
