i agree with Noodle a bit. Using a shroud will indeed look alot better and i wish the 08 headlamps had a bit more of the 05-07 look or a bigger shroud. None the less its probally easier to use the 08 headlights.

Wow, didn't realize that it'll fit the real projector in the 08 projector headlight. I would like to do that when I get the 08 headlights and also add CCFL rings on the blinkers, high beam light, and projector or just projector and high beam... just an idea tho.

i like the CCFL idea, but for some reason i think it might look odd around the projector?

strikeris there anyway u can help me out with this cuz i plan on doing this to my headlights...

the braket that i need to make will just bolt onto the housing of the 08 lights or will i have to cut pieces out and do a ghetto rigged thing like on the old tc lights?

also will the projector stick outof the back or can i just close up normal and everything will look stock?

sorry i know about everything else on this car except for retros never wanted to do one lol

the brackets will be plug and play. Bolt them onto the projector then adjust them with the existing brackets of the 08. You can't have the projector sitting too far back because if you do, you will lose foreground light.
Someone did this but with rx330 projectors:
