alright so here's the deal... I have HID's and they're both 6500k bulbs. Why is it that every time i turn them on, my driver side light is white with a hit of blue, and my passenger side is blue and almost torquoise. They look the same color from the outside, but when shining at my white wall inside the garage, they're two totally different colors.

Does this mean that my ballast is going out soon?

i'm gonna say it's the ballast...

 

if its flickering then chances are its gonna die soon, if not then maybe you have different K bulbs, sounds like you might have a 6k on there.

 

Miss matched pair. I ordered 5000k HID and one looks closer to 4300k. It is just one of those things that I am the only one that notices.

 

but the thing is, they've only started to become different colors right now...

 

swap the bulbs. if the color difference stays on that side, then it's the ballasts. if it changes with the bulbs, then you've got a bad bulb.
