Default Quick question about HID Kits and VRDs

Ok so this is my first post, but I have been browsing on these forums for awhile. I used the search and couldn't find anything. please no flames So here it goes:

I have the VRD Fog Lights and don't want to spend the extra money on 6K HID's for them to match my lows. I currently have a 4300k H11 HID Kit from MobileHID and was wondering if I can just buy 6K H3 replacement bulbs and stick em onto that kit. Will it work fine? Thanks in advance guys

Contact mobilehid, they should be able to sell you the bulbs only.

vrd fogs come with normal bulbs. you'll have to buy a whole HID kit which comes with a ballast and a pair of HID bulbs of your choice. the bulb size for fogs is H3.

Oh...isn't there any bulbs that are brighter than the ones VRD comes with that will work with the fogs? Such as Nokya?

not sure but to me, all super white bulbs are always the same brightness, but i've always heard good things about PIAAs. if not, hid kit is the way to go, looks the best, brightest, just makes us go broke quickly.
