Quick Question...(pics)

im taking off my front bumper and i used Kaeons tech help...but i cant seem to take off this rubber tab on topp..it says to use a phillips screw driver but how??
heres a pic

the top part lifts, and then you just pull it off...it shouldnt be hard

use a flat head screw driver and place it in the slit on the side of it, and just pop it up
