Default Quick tint question

I am getting my RS 1.0 tc tinted tomarow. I was thinking

1) 35% on the front side windows, 20% on the back window and the small back side windows.

2) 35% on the front side windows and small back side windows, and 20% on the back window.

Which one do you suggest?

You should check into your state laws before getting any tinting done. Be sure of what is legal before anything is completed.

i'd suggest (and have) 35% on front windows. and 20% on backseat and rear window. Its the darkest legal here in florida and im happy with it. Sometimes i wish it was darker purely for looks but for nighttime driving i dont think id want it much darker.

I would go for a 35% in front and 5% in the rear. the 5% is a limo tint, I love it, will keep my car so much cooler.

The problem is that it's illegal here to get front end tinted... or I"m still debating on 50% or 35% for myself

I threw 20% on the front 3 and 2.5% on all the rears.....def looks good, def illegal, but yeah, the limo is way to dark ...since im 6'5" when i look both ways, im looking out the rear windows lol, and at night i cant see a damn thing, sometimes i gatta put the windows down if i dont know the area so i can see ! lol...but yeah, id go with your states max.

When I got mine tinted, I told them I wanted to match it to the roof, and they told me that's about 18%, were they right?

I have 5% all around including the front window strip. I love it in this hot OK weather. Gotta watch out for your laws though. Here there doesn't seem to be a problem with it.

I read on SL that the roof was 25%.... I'm not sure how credible that is though. I could be wrong.

For those of you with tinted windows, how did the rear windows turn out, my concern is that 1/4 inch dotted strip that encircles the two rear windows and the back glass.

I have 20% all around (5% front strip) and it turned out fine. You don't notice the dots at all.

I did 35% all the way around. 35% up front isn't dark at all, so I'm sure 50% is like nothing.
