Default Rear Hatch Door Piece

Hello All,

So today I had something very upsetting occur. I went to open the trunk door, and the whole center piece that the electric door latch is attached too, completely broke off!! Does anyone know where I can get this piece? It is the piece attached to the trunk, above the license plate. It's about 30 inches long. Any information would be helpful.

Thanks.

It happens quite frequently actually to alot of people, including me. I just use that umm..man I dont know what its called but its like felt, both pieces stick on each other and makes that sound when pull it off. I really forgot what its called but you can get it at Autozone

Or you can use double sided tape, never tried but people have and seemed to have worked for them.

THERE WE GO!!!

Its one of those times where you usually know what its called, but you are trying to think of it and it just doesnt come to you.

No need to get a new hatch though, you can just fix it.
