i'm looking for a rear hatch garnish , preferably the black color, but any will do. i was hopeing perhaps someone had one laying around.

interesting story how it broke, friend had a soda explode in the trunk area, cleaned up most of it, but not the rubber seal to the hatch itself, went to open it a day or so later and the whole hatch garnish broke off from the hatch being stuck shut.

 

Don't lift from the garnish!

Next time, put your hands under the hatch itself and pull up from there. I've had my hatch sealed shut because the rubber fused with the metal, but I still managed to get it open without touching the garnish.

 

haha same hting happened to me man, my car was in the shop for like a week, never opening the trunk, i got my car back go home, when i got out i went to open the trunk to clean the car up, poof i rip the entire garnish out lol...i just got super glue and smacked it back on, now i just blip the button on the garnish and push up from my spoiler
