Hello I was wondering how do you take the rear Scion symbol off.
I know about the plastic covers and the two 10mm nuts but i tried and it did not come off. Am I missing somthing that I have to do?

Do you mean the "Scion" emblem or the "tC" emblem? Either way, both can be removed with fishing line or dental floss. Just heat the emblem(s) up a little with a hair dryer, then use the floss/fishing line in a sawing type motion. The "tC" part will come off easy. The "Scion" emblem will take a little bit more. As you "saw" it, pull it away and you will see 2 alignment pins. (One on the top, one on the bottom; off-centered.) After all the adhesive is cut away, just pull it off. Use Goo Gone to take off the excess adhesive.

P.S. You can also use a screwdriver wrapped in cloth, but do you trust yourself with a screwdriver around your tC? I didn't.

 

the actual scion emblem is in a little recessed circle with two little holes in it from the pegs on the emblem itself.
looks really bad unless you fill it in and paint it

i just painted mie black and it looks a lot better
