just buy vinyl from any vinyl/sign shop.
transparent red vinyl is really cheap.. like really, really cheap.
a piece 2ft x 3ft can cost ya as less as $5 (which will cover.. oh... i dunno... ALOT of 3rd brake lights.)

local vinyl shops may be able to cut a small sheet for you pretty cheap. you should go shop around first and see if they can do it.
it would be extremely cheaper that way and then you can cut to fit yourself.
if not, there are plenty of other suppliers online you can order from.

you would have to cut them yourself though squall. not ******* on your idea but most of the SLers arent too uhh...yeah.

i prefer cutting them after i applied a good sized piece on whatever i'm overlaying. allows alot of room to stretch material without worrying about not having enough material.
and even for some pre-cut pieces, you're gonna trim anyway... with the prices of vinyl and the material you get to work with... shoot, you can afford to mess up a bunch of times.

So getting your own materials is probably the best way to go. But if you have the funds, order a pre-cut one.
