Theres this older man around my area. drives a 2002 silver M3 w/ that mirror tint. Looks amazing. Not for all vehicles but if ur Tc can pull it off then yea...
Even some half mirror half black tints look pretty good on some vehicles.
no mirror on any vehicle looks good.. especialy the fade.. its those same people that usualy have a 12K HID kit... and chrome tails w/ a large fart pipe.. at least in my area.. so i assocaite mirror w/ ghetto...
What is mirror tint with fade? How does that look like?
I personally dont like mirror tint but all films have a little reflectance to them, depending on the type of film. I have a semi reflective tint and I think it looks good. On overcast days it looks more silver than black, but sunny days its glossy black. Best of all, is that it rejects more heat. Some people like it, some dont.

I think a reflective tint would be dope! Im just afraid it wouldnt look good on my flint mica. Totally reflective like a mirror would look sweet. Although im sure that it is very illegal and more likely to be spotted than just a rgular black tint.
ugh... this "Rice" bandwagon statement is on every forum. What a shame.
Your car will NOT look RICE. Its your car, and im sorry but 1 mod that doesnt suit others peoples taste doesnt make u a ricer.
IF YOU THINK IT LOOKS GOOD. DO IT. HELL...NO ONE ELSE HAS PUT THAT TINT ON...U MIGHT BE THE SPARK PEOPLE NEED...IT MIGHT ACTUALLY LOOK GOOD. w/ a complimentint set of wheels.

^ Yea a lot of people think reflective tint is mirror tint... All tints have a visible light
reflectance. It just depends on the type of film, some films will reflect more light than others. I personally like the glossy look because it gives it a clean look rather then dull plain black.
Btw the film I have on my tC is all-metal, which will last a lot longer than those regular types of dyed films. Reason why I choosed to go with this type of film is that heat rejection is also higher. I paid $180 for back 3 windows. At least I know my windows wont look like ____ in the long run.
