Default Replacement Fenders ?

My car was hit a few weeks back . Since I have to get the driver side fender replaced I might as well go with some new fiber glass ones. Who as them? where did you get them and for how much?

most people will tell you to stay away from FG fenders. They usually dotn fit to begin with and either way if they do or don't you still ahve to do some body alterations to get them fit well.

But if you still want them I have x1 fenders i never put on... I'll sell them for 40 bucks...

Id recommend have a body shop order a new one from Toyota their not expensive with body shop discounts.

OR! Get cf fenders they usually fit well.

Oh i should have said this in the orginal post. I won't be doing any of the work my self, I'm just going to drop everything off at the body shop and let them take care of it.

Fenders alone can cost 4 - 500 to paint perfectly by a good pro. It takes at least on avg (from experience) 3 - 5 hrs to fit poor fenders and make them look good. that can cost allot depending on hrly body rate (50 - 70 avg)

So say you bought after market fenders for 225 shipped + paint 450 + body work 200 your spending $875...

If you like the look of some of the fenders for the tc then eys its worth it but keep in mind tis easy to break since the bumpers mainly clip to the fenders. if you bottom out they can crack.

If you like cf then I think cf fenders run 5 - 700. I might be wrong.
