so i have had HID's for a while and love them but the running light is still the stock yellowish and i wanted to know what i would have to change it too, to get a white light output.

 

i got blue and a 8000k hids and they blend perfect..

LED's will get a true colored blue instead of just a colored halogen bulb. The halogen bulbs still have a normal colored filament, its just the bulb glass is blue. Colored LEDs are only $1 or $2 a piece from superbrightleds.com

 

^ and will last 2 weeks before they burn out maybe longer if you have '08 headlights. Too much heat in the housing

 

i've had my led parking lights that i got from vleds running for a while now. No problems on my 08. I just swapped over to hid's a couple weeks ago, so i guess that helps over the stock bulbs.

 

i like how my blue halogen turned thou.. not ss blue blends wid my hids.. i like how it turnd out..
