not sure if they have them for awhile as i haven't seen them in the parts stores but they used to have them that stuck on the inside of the windshield like when they started coming out with their "great idea" to put them in the window until they realized that is was too expensive to make them.

What would be very cool is if someone did a mod where they shave off the old antenna, then mod a BMW fin onto the tc.

the stock tC antenna is ugly! it distracts from the clean lines of the tC. get the s2000 antenna. the s2000 antenna on the tC looks so sweet! dont worry radio reception is the same.

what about for stuck-up toyota fanboys like me, that would never want to have anything to do with the honda name?

just like how scion offers two choices for the oem spoiler, they need to do the same with the antenna... offer a shorter, stubbier antenna as an add-on accessory. :D

where would the bmw fin go? i thought they were mounted on the roof at the back, but since the tC's roof is all glass, where would it mount to? or were you thinking of the deck part of the hatch?

btw, has anyone looked into toyota instead of honda? why not a jdm altezza stubby antenna? or maybe one from the LS430? (correct me if im wrong, but i thought i saw an uber-stubby antenna on an LS one time).

Have all the aftermarket parts solely for the purpose of increasing the comfort, luxury, and leisureness of the car... and if it doesn't, just as long as it carries the Lexus name... then it's okay... lol.

Took my chance on this cheap all metal stubby antenna. And the verdict is: Awesome

Very compact, all metal, no gap, and reception so far is same as stock. Here's some pics.

If they did that though, it would probably be a "TRD" antenna and cost, oh, about $120 plus a $50 installation fee. Accessories through Toyata are wayyyyy overpriced.
