yup - just take a hair dryer and put it on warm ....then on hot .... take a flathead screwdriver and put a verrrryyy little bit of pressure prying up - as soon as the glue heats up enough it will slowly come off. Just remember - put pressure on it w/ the screw driver so that you only use as little heat as possible (meaning ...as soon as it gets hot enough it will start to come off because you have pressure on it pointing out).

note that not only are you going to have that oval hole but your going to have 2 little odd holes in the oval hole aswell.
