Default Scratch repair

So my car got keyed on my hood a few months ago.. looks like ____ a big 12 to 14inch X on my hood.. Its very noticable.. I plan on buying a light weight hood down the road. Im looking for something that can fill it or make the scratches less noticeable. Does scion offer touch up paints? Has anyone does this before?

Touch-up paint is available but it's meant for minor damage like rock chips, I doubt it'll look good filling in a 12" line.

Yes i no touch up paint wont fix a large job like mine.. But you wont see a huge white X on a black car driving at u lol .. Just a temp fix till i get a new hood.. Trying to make it less noticeable.

I have not tried anything yet. The scratch are not all deep just wide ill try and take pic tomorrow

I thought id have enough money to go carbon fiber or something but my business comes first

I got my touch-up paint at the dealership, still haven't used it though and have had the scratch on my hood for way too long.

Hit up craigslist, the PPC on here, local tC owners if they know of anyone selling a CF hood.

The touch up paint I got at the dealer worked really really poorly. We just have crappy paint on our cars

Then you are not using it properly. I got mine from the dealer, and used it incorrectly the first time. Had a buddy show me how to do it correctly and I still find it challenging. If done right, it will look good. Not 100% perfect but remember, this is touch up to the original paint. Not made for big scratches n such either. Have to be very very light and soft when applying the paint. Or it will come out crappy and chunky, etc..
