How can i fix this?
A bird shat on my headlight, i went online and found out using Mr. Clean's magic eraser it comes off easily. I guess i read wrong.
Any tips?

 

try polishing it. Use stuff like Nufinish or liquid glass. If rubbing manually doesn't work, use a buffer. Good luck

honestly it does suck... i scratched my blue bat layover so now some light shines through.. but the way i look at it is.. no one will ever notice unless you point it out... and think of the people who trash their tcs.. the marks and dents we get are nothing lol

 

Get some Plast-x from Meguiars. That stuff works well, and if you can't get them out by hand, use an orbital buffer. FYI, never use anything even semi abrasive on your plastic pieces. Next time just get some detail spray and wipe it off with a cotton or microfiber towel.

I used a Mother's Power Ball (the one made for plastics, not paint) with Plast-X polish and it worked very nicely. Good luck!

Agreed! I had scratches on my headlight lenses due to not being careful in the garage when I had them apart... I was planning on tinting them, that's how bad they were, but needless to say, the scratches are now gone!

bring it to a body shop and have the wetsand and buff it out. those scratches don't look to bad

 

use some comet and a brillo pad that should even out the scratches across the whole lite

 

dont forget to also use the BBQ grill metal wire brush cleaner

i got a rock chip in mine. you scratches will buff right out

 

sucks but ya you can buff that out easily

 

buffer+ 3m rubbing compound or PlasticX = clean light!

 

should hunt down that birdd lol
