I don't see why they wouldn't replace the rims. Ask, the worse they could do is say 'no'.

For the rims, you will most likely get a choice. A. you can have them replaced, and safeco will have to shell out something like $400 for each wheel, B, they get you a remanufactured wheel for $215, or C, you take a allowance for the damage and keep the wheels in their current state. I chose A because I'm getting new wheels soon. I hope you go for C to get your deductable down.

I have safeco. They treat me so well (maybe because I insure 4 cars with them). Love them mucho grande. That's what they did for me on my damaged wheel.

I truely hope everything works out for you, and you get the black beauty back on the road where she belongs. :D

thank you everyone. so she is back on the road. but the body shop did crap work. i finally took it back in yesterday... and they gave it back to me in worse condition than before.

the little decal, the rock guard or whatever had a hole in it from them taking the door apart.. then i get it back the second time with bumps in it....
scratches on the door.. and a chunk of clear coat... the first time...
they over buffed and took paint off my door handle.... the second time...
i said my door didnt align to my front fender... they give it back to me... aligned a little better than... then doesn't align with the rear quarter panel now...
in the rear they did a crap job with the quarter panel.. and putting it with the car....
front bumper doesn't fit right.... big gap between the headlight and bumper... both sides...
and a new scratch shows up on my driver side... WTF!?!?
paint runs on the edges... i told him... he wanted to tell me all new cars are like that... i was like... uhhh... i sell new cars.. and none of the cars are that bad...

i called my insurance and _____ed.
