someone must really hate me
I'm sorry to hear bout your car I feel for you I really do. My whole car was keyed back in February. I had a "custom" flame job on my hood all sorts of crap written on the driver's side, scratches all over the car. I'd try to see if the scratch will buff out, if it doesn't you're gonna have to get it painted. A body shop will be expensive, but a cf hood isn't a bad idea it would look sick with the red!
Goto a shop and let them look at it..........many shops will know in a matter of minutes if it is buffable with their polish and buffers........if not get a quote........if quote is higher than $350......go get a CF hood........CF would look so nice on that car........Seibon stock or vented or even Kaminari if you got money to spend........jus tbe sure to buy a name brand one that is made well........
and you are right. haha it does not look like it changed at all. after an hour of working on it. i did get the other lighter scratches around my car off. but not this one.. sigh!

the scratch just looks cleaner and clearer. haha sigh. it is so embarassing driving around with that gigantic scratch. it only looks good in pictures from a distance now. haha
sigh.. i used the scratch x like 8 times

If you can hang your nail in it, then its far too deep...someone keyed my passenger fender really deep and the dealer touch up paint doesn't match correctly...
I've seen CF hoods on rs1's it looks fine, get bluebat's overlays if you don't want the lines of the car to look off

I got my first dent on my front right fender no longer then a week after I bought my car.
Went in to the movies, came out, there it was...I was really ____ed. I also have a few scratches up above the door and was reading around and decided just to leave it. I heard too many times that the touch-up paint is hard to match correctly. The last thing I want to do is highlight the scratch with off-color paint..
i knowww you have no idea how hard it was to not tear up during my mum's brunchh and at work. haha
i have the most basic insurance so i doubt anything will happen. haha i cannot afford the insurance otherwise.
=] yay for me!
