That actually doesn't look too bad. I do prefer having the connecting posts on the end like that, i don't really care for large connecting posts closer to the center, kind of like the pedestal spoiler. I assume that you installed it yourself, was it hard to do? Do you have any pics?

 

If you're seriously going to buy, walk into the dealers and look for yourself or find people with different spoilers. You want to be able to look all around from many angles. Having a pedestal spoiler doesn't make it ricey. Don't let the "rice" thing get to you - choose what you want. In a way, I'm glad everyone thinks the pedestal is ricey...so far, I'm the only tC with it. This whole "ricey" thing is out of whack anyway. Doesn't even make sense because to domestic drivers, we are all rice burners.

 

I don't have any pics yet.. but it was very easy install.. four bolts and about 20 minutes was all it took. The hard part was taking the drill to the car.. i felt bad, but i love the spoiler! I definitley agree with you about the posts connecting in the center.. i really prefer the posts on the ends...

 

Dude I totally agree with what you are saying. The whole rice thing is stupid. Its a term that is basically saying, "Im jealous of what you have." or "I don't like the way your car looks." Who cares if someone doesn't like your car. If you like it that is all that matters. Personally I don't like really tall spoilers, on most cars. I wouldn't call it rice though.

 

This lip gets my vote, it's the sharpest looking one out there. On the otherhand, I can't stand the 45 degree angled exhaust in those pics. It uglifies that sharp looking car.

 

I like the look of this spoiler on the H&R car for some wierd reason....

 

Well I voted pedestal spoiler. On our tC it came with it so what can we do besides I think the ground fx need a spoiler with it.

I know this is an old post, but it's already been revived. I currently have the lip spoiler on my NBP. The only other one I like is that TRF spoiler. Is it for sale yet? More pics? Prices? Thanks for any help!

I just got my spoiler put on today and I took before and afters in case you want to compare. I personally like the lip but now that I have it, I don't know if I like it to the tune of $385. That money could've been better spent on something else. Oh yeah, pics:

The lip is soo small. It really doesn't look bad it just doesn't really change the look of the back end hardly at all. I really like viniati's spoiler so far. Any thing on pedestals just doesn't look right and the lip is tiny. Good choice in color though.

I dig the Kaminari wing, mostly because it's round and blends with the car somewhat.
