The wing has been made?! I thought only a prototype existed? Either that or they need to update their site. Cuz it doesn't say it's available. Hmm, I'll go check the site again.

Sorry about that, I guess I kinda jumped the gun there. I apologize.

Anyway, I just got off the phone with Heru because I need a new bumper thanks to my boss backing into my car when I was parked behind him. He said the bumper is almost ready, they're just fixing some minor fitment problems (which is normal for fiberglass and prototypes) It's going to be available in white gel coat. He also said he'll post some pix very soon. I'm getting excited, it's just around the corner. Now if we could only convince him to do it in urethane!!!

Beautiful.

Even though I STILL plan on holding out for a urethane kit, i have several questions.

1.) How much are you looking to sell this whole body kit for?
2.) Do you have any pictures of the rear bumper?
3.) When will it be available?
4.) Are you providing fitted mesh/grills with the bumper?
5.) Do you even honestly plan on making a poyl-urethane version?

Thanks in advance.

^Horrid, I appreciate that you try to atleast show some love calling the pictures "Keon" and all, But this is too horrid to be a kaeon kit. I wouldnt approve of this at all..

I know you people dont like the company but

tctunerz did a hell of a lot better putting the design together...

I also just noticed you guys covered up the hole for the tow hook..

Its about $570.00-$640.00 (fiber glass)

2.) Do you have any pictures of the rear bumper?
NO now.

3.) When will it be available? front bumper within 3-4 days for the fiber glass, about 2 weeks in urethane.

4.) Are you providing fitted mesh/grills with the bumper? YES SIR.

5.) Do you even honestly plan on making a poyl-urethane version? we are working on it now.

Heru, I got your pm. Im sorry thats lame I will not pay $200 for that bumper. To Be honest it looks nothing like the original design. That is by far not a Kaeon kit. I wouldnt want my name attached to something like that.. Its not smooth at all doesnt flow. No hole for tow hitch? I really feel that was a big slap in the face Heru wanting to SELL me the front for $200 is not the best that can be done. I wouldnt pay $50 bucks for that thing. im sorry if Im being harsh thats just the way I feel

Oh I guess they make it differently...but M3 bumper does have that extended style mouth its not about "sanding / like someone didnt take the time to smooth it out"
Check this M3 Front bumper that we made in carbon fiber.

and PLUS this front end its not the finish product
but thanks for the question & concern

I don't know who you are quoting when you say "sanding” I certainly didn’t say anything about sanding. Yes the normal M3 does have that mouth sticking out it also flows with the car. But what does that mean to us? Nothing it means nothing If the mouth doesn’t work on the car it doesn’t work. Im sure this isn’t the finished product being you have probably noticed by now where you made your mistake in the design process (IE: The mouth). I’ve said from the get go I would of been more then happy to help you design the kit. But hey maybe people will like the extruding mouth. What do I know im not a body kit designer :?

Design by BMW M3 w/ minor tweak here and there.
Application for Scion TC, we call them M-POWER.

your bumper looks great Kaeon, without the extended things on the front, let customer choose then (we call it freedom)

thank you

Of course the customers will choose witch they like best, That is their right. Witch they choose Has no effect on me. Its not like im trying to sell these or make money. I just want to see people get what they want. If they like your design Sweet! Im very happy for them. I just didnt want my name on something I don't approve of. I Thank you for taking my name off your design. And As I only see this causing trouble I will leave my input out on this whole thing being im "Scion Life Staff" And my comments may conflict with some things on the site.

Here's my take on the bumper. Honestly I like it a lot. I DO think it would have looked better smooth like Kaeon's design, however I think it looks great as is now also. If the molds haven't been completed, then I would say it might be worth it to try to make a prototype without the bumper extension, then see which looks better in person. But I do like it as is, so thanks for doing this Heru. Also, I signed up for the group buy for Urethane! Quick question though. What will work for fog lights? Will the stock BMW M3 Fogs work in there? One thing I love about this bumper is it brings the fogs out further under the headlights where they should be rather than the stock location centered in the bottom grille. I just want to know what my foglight options will be with this bumper. Thanks again Heru!

I will leave the extension there because this is M-Power not Keaon bumper ANYWAY.
So, I'm glad if you or other poeople like my design.

I will find out about the fog lights by the end of today

Sorry Kaeon, but I like it better with the extensions on the bumper. The smoothness of the kaeon kit made it chunky and boring, too much space on the bumper where nothing is hapening. This bumper is definately m-like in appearence, so take some clues from the beamers when you do the back bumper. Put some damn vents or brake lights or something in it so it doesn't look like a photoshoped stock bumper dragged down two inches. People hate on the dragon kit but atleast they got creative with the rear. Most of the bumpers I've seen on available kits are boring as hell and look like drag-city(as in, will trap air at the back and slow car down). At least put some vents like the dragon or the magic widebody.

Also take a look at the Kenstyle kit on the G35. I Know that less is more, but I think some take this concept too far. If you guys get the rear right, I know that this is the kit for me. I'll race to get it if its priced correctly. One question, does the urethane make a huge difference. For those heavily concerned about price is it that important. Just thinking about shipping intallation and painting charges adding up.

I have to agree with Kaeon. the bumper is a little off especially around the mouth area you guys have to work on that area .

street concept sent me a pm but i answered without seeing the result and now that i see it you guys still have some work to do. this is not what everyone was asking for.

Kaeon shop your idea around if street concept doesnt see the obvious error they made.

I mean the bumper is not bad or horrible but i was looking for a smoother line like in the tc tunerz pic. it more of an agreesive part of the bumper to me......

explain your decision for going with that design around the mouth if thats not too much to ask...

theres a pitted looking area on the drivers side around the mouth and also there's a crease in the same area.
