you're right bro ^^ ....and for that matter strobes are illegal in any state for any vehicle that is NOT- an emergency or law enforcement vehicle. You can put them on...but just dont ever fire them up unless you're parked at a car show or you can get in a world of trouble/tickets..... <---- just FYI.

how come his taillights are white instead of blinking red cause all 3 domes are red so the strobe should reflect red?

 

Those are strobes in the reverse lights. Not on the brake light part

dude he has anzo taillights i believe but even if they weren't the stock ones are at the bottom. you can either put the strobes in your reverse which are at the top or change them to where the reverse is at the bottom and go with that.
