Default Sunroof shakes

Has anyone heard of any issues with either the sunroof rattling lose, or cracking while open and heading down the highway? At about 50 MPH and above the sunroof starts flopping in the wind quite vigoriously, which makes me a anxious.

I believe it states in the manual that it is not recommended to drive with the sunroof open at highway speeds to prevent "wind throbs", which is what you are probably experiencing.

That stinks, why bother having a sunroof if you can't drive down the highway with it open. Seems kind og pointless to have to drive real slow in order to enjoy the sunroof. That's definitely a major con, most all car is very nice.

from what i understand there is a recommended setting for higher speeds, which i believe is the second position where the sunroof is open only a couple inches. someone correct me if i'm wrong.

You shouldn't drive at high speeds with it open. Not only for the reason of noise, but if debris hits it the deflector or class panel itself will shatter. I think 62 MPH (correct me if I'm wrong) is the highest suggested speed that you should drive with it open.
