If you guys have more experience and knowledge in car than other members, you should know better that the product will react differently to different weather environment. As for Sniffs from Yorba Linda, CA, we tried to assist him and tried to find out where the problem is but he refuse to cooperate with us. Due to his incooperative, we aren't even sure that he is actually having the problem with our product or something that he might have bought from other seller and just tried to get replacement form us.

i'm sorry but you guys aren't a reliable company. you give us 24 hrs to determine if its defective?!?!?!?

and no warentee. what if the wiring fries or the light comes apart. You can't assume that your products are perfect because they aren't and for 250 + 30 + 26 it becomes 300 dollars for a "as is" part. No thanks, fix your toa and we'll talk

+ Do you understand what you saying ??? (If you guys have more experience and knowledge in car than other members, you should know better that the product will react differently to different weather environment) ...... LOL..... you should add " Do NOT remove them from the box. Do NOT used them .... and staff like that

What? I not once received a call from your company, unless you guys are the ones calling from the 425 area code, even though you are in 626... Not once received a reply back from ANY of my 5 emails. Your company has not made one single attempt to contact me that I know of.. You now know I am on this forum, you can message me.. You can call me 714-317-9141, or you can email me at todd.foster@gmail.com

There is 3 ways to contact me..

I would really like to get these lights resolved.. I cant deal with them fogging up when it rains, or I wash my car, or the LED's flickering (indicating they are going out), after such a small time of owning them..

PS. I did NOT buy these lights from eBay.. I purchased these from Vertexracing.com, after tax/shipping I paid 426 dollars. I even opted to purchase the set that came with the TRD bubble sticker.. sound familiar? You should have PO's dating back 4 months (incase you get audited by the IRS), so therefore you would have my purchase somewhere in your system.. It's there.. I did not purchase these from some other company and am trying to tag them as yours.. I bought them from YOUR company.. they are currently malfunctioning.. I've made multiple attempts to contact your company.. Not only have I sent sales@vertexracing.com emails, I've also used the CONTACT US option on your website that after you submit it, says "Email sent to Store Owner" or something along those lines.. so.. it's not me that is ignoring someone..

EDIT: A little bit ago( few hours ago ), I was finally emailed by them.. I was asked to provide with order number, phone # etc so that they could call me.. yay!!! Hopefully something happens!!

When we first decide to post our new product (VRD Fog Lights) in ScionLife is after we had done some research in this forum and realize how some tC owners really want to have a good quality fog light for their car. Therefore, we thought we could introduce this high quality and durable product we have to people who share the same passion as we have for Scion tC. However, it seem that all the feedback we got is pretty negative and most of them are coming from people who didn't even own or at least see the product yet. We are a growing company who have much further and bigger vision for our product than to hope just to made a few sales here and run away after that like what some of you had implied.

We thank rivrtc for standing up for us and appreciate your honesty in our product. We believe in our product and will stand by our product. We do welcome comments made from our existing customers should they have any problems or question on the product that they had purchase from us.

Recently we do receive many inquiry from dealers from all over the country who are really interested in our product, too. You can find our VRD fog lights listed in their accessories price list (and believe me, it will not be any lower than what we had offer here).

For many of you who are really interested in getting a good fog light for your tC, we want to inform you that the coupon is still valid till Dec 15th, 06. Please visit our website or you can contact us directly should you have any questions.

1 question for you VRD why so much for the fogs? there are almost as much as the OEM fogs and they dont consist of a lot of materials. from the looks of it these should be priced around 150 MAYBE a little more. not flaming or anything just wondering. because i am interested in these but the problems ive heard with them are not too apealing and neither is the price

Its way to expensive. If customers does in fact have to seal it, you should sell it cheaper. i say $100

I was thinking about getting these fog lights but I changed my mind... No offense VRD, but two things: First, way too pricey and second, I don't wanna drive around town keeping in mind other people thoughts saying "that tC has those cheap-lookin, h*ll of a price, fish tank VRD fog lights... YUCK!!!"... just my 2 cents...

if i lived in cali. id knock on the office door throw my lights in and have them give me some money. I had the headlights on for 3 weeks and a led bulb went out. Punks are lucky that your west coast. or else many people would be pulling a Erubuni Office visit on you like they did to them over in brooklyn. Its a shame. i would never buy anything ever again from Vertex. Id discourage anyone else from doing so aswell.

Ugh. Edit:: not to mention poor customer service from buyhidkit.com they are by far the worst of em all. Atleast VRD doesnt get in contact. Id get in contact w/ buyhidkit.com and they sent me the wrong product THREE TIMES. thats worse than being MIA.

I just wanted to post about Vertexracing.. I was actualy able to go down to their location and they are some really cool people.. Billy was more than willing to help me out.. He took off my bumper and took out both lights.. he re-wired them (the wire splicers I got were pretty crappy..) replaced my LED's, caulked the seems.. and reinstalled it all..
