Yes its a LeBra, You may have to call the company to see if they carry the 07' one. Im not sure there would be much of a difference. I was really impressed with the LeBra, yes, no outside leather is touching the paint its protected on the inside and the one thing I liked about it, is that it protects the grills cause it has a screen. One thing that is annoying is there is a strap that goes over the side blinkers so may not look to attractive if you plan on always having it on.
Hope that helps a bit.

I like the OEM one.... I said screwit and only use the hood piece now though... it's not bad.

I'd say it looks fine like that

the oem one looks nice, but i don't like knowing that wet fabric will be on my hood after it rains. i'm very **** about anything other than microfiber and sonus polishing pads touching my car.

the magnetic bra is kinda like one of those large thin magnets you get from your favorite pizza place, maybe 1mm thick and very flexible. i have a 1 foot magnet on my fridge and if i try to move it or drag it by the corner, it really takes alot of force to budge that thing. the magnetic bra will stay put.
i'm tempted to buy one because i'm commuting on the highway much more and my hood is getting chipped up pretty good.
the magnet doesn't have any fabric on the bottom, it has that rubbery kinda surface. i'm sure adding a couple of layers of carnuba wax underneath it will work out fine

If you are considering the magnetic bra which is only going to cover the hood, why not just get a clear bra on the hood? If you only get the hood piece, there is a good chance you can install it yourself or it won't cost nearly as much getting it installed since it is such a small simple piece. What makes the clear bra install so expensive is the bumper.

Belive it or not, Ive driven through HUGE rainstorms, I mean flooded parkways, and the under part of the bra does nto get as wet as you think.

And even if it does, take it off, and let it dry out until you next car wash/wax.

The original poster isn't anywhere near RockBlocker so that probably wouldn't be the best idea....unless of course they choose to install the hood piece themselves.

could you guys post pics of the different brands of bras; OEM, lebra, etc. And post the installation difficulty. Im thinkin about getting the OEM because my mothers' RX8 has rock chips all over the front, she finally got a bra for it. I thought I should do the same. I dont really see the point in the clear ones because I'd like to see what I paid $200 for, am I wrong?

Not to thread jack, but if you want an OEM one, I'm selling mine, you just need to get the snaps that go on the car....

All depends if you like the look of your car with a full bra on it as well as don't mind having to take it off on a regular basis to clean and wax under it. Also, regular bras can scratch the paint up since dirt will get under them. All depends on what you want and how much you want to spend.

Well two choices...either put some type of bra on the car and worry about scratches, or do nothing and worry about excessive rock chips. Either way, the paint sucks and is going to take damage. At least with the bra, it is hidden.

I used it on my car for like 9 months and it didn't put one scratch on the hood. Maybe try using the OEM bra first, TeeCizzle before you give out false information.
