that's about all for tonight (maybe)... running out of light and stuff to see paint coverage with. might go get a lamp lol.... but yeah, everything is looking good. I had a little issue with the primer, but some sanding and such later, it's a-ok. each bezel has 1 paint coat on it, i want 2-3 for good coverage, and then another 2-3 of clear. should be assembled by tommorow night. keyword, should.

 

Looking good Harrison. Can't wait to see the finished product. BTW are you going to play with the "cutoff" metal piece behind the projectors and make them straight?

Are the lens to those "good quality"???...Like in a year are so will plastic lens start to peel??...
I ask cuz I gotten aftermarket headlights before...then maybe after a year they start peeling and stuff...

 

idk, i doubt that anyone has had these over a year considering they've only been on the market for 1/2 year or so ^^

as for phucking with the cutoff, no i'm not. When some $$ arrives, i'm going to be putting in some E46 ECE projectors in

and yes, eventually i'll be putting HID's in these, but these projectors will be gone. I want to retro in some BMW e46 ECE projectors instead. the HID's will be OEM D2S bulbs + ballasts, not a kit.

 

Very interesting. Keep in mind that the E46 projectors are pretty lengthy so make sure you have enough room behind your housing
