I was thinking about lowering my tc, and i was wondering if i get the tein s tech, would i need new struts? or can i keep my stock ones?
if possible will it be the same amount dropped?

yes you can use the stock shocks.
they may blow eventually, there is no exact # of miles when they will give out.
it depends on your roads and driving habits.
